Sage Hill Bed and Breakfast | Said to be the location of the first schoolhouse in North Dakota, as the building was being renovated into a B&B several strange occurrences were reported. These included moaning, thick cigar smoke when no smokers were in the building, and things breaking and being moved. People still report a feeling of being watched and cold spots. | ||

Custer House Boardwalk | People say that the wives of the soldiers killed in the Battle of Little Big Horn haunt the boardwalk outside of the Custer House. Lights are seen here and a sound described as an awful cry seems to come from out of the ground on the boardwalk. | ||
