  Sage Hill Bed and Breakfast   Said to be the location of the first schoolhouse in North Dakota, as the building was being renovated into a B&B several strange occurrences were reported. These included moaning, thick cigar smoke when no smokers were in the building, and things breaking and being moved. People still report a feeling of being watched and cold spots.

(Morton Co.)
  Custer House Boardwalk   People say that the wives of the soldiers killed in the Battle of Little Big Horn haunt the boardwalk outside of the Custer House. Lights are seen here and a sound described as an awful cry seems to come from out of the ground on the boardwalk.
