Battleground (Clark Co.) |
Buzz’s Sports Bar and Grill | There is said to be a good deal of history to this land as the building where Buzz’s is housed is not very old. There have been many reports by employees and customers of ghostly apparitions and poltergeist type activity. It is said that some apparitions and/or ectoplasm have been caught on camera here. Surveillance cameras are also said to have caught an apparition on at least one occasion.
Bellingham (Whatcom Co.) |
Mount Baker Theater | Originally built in 1927, there have been reports of paranormal activity here since ground was broken. The ghost that inhabits here is called Judy. Most activity reported here has been reported by employees when the theater is nearly empty. There are cold spots, balls of light, and hearing a woman walk by when there is no one there.
Bellingham (Whatcom Co.) |
The Old Town Café | There has been a lot of poltergeist type activity here. People say they have seen plates flying through the air for minutes at a time, and then instead of breaking, the plates sit back down where they were originally. Many people have also seen the figure of a woman at night when the building is actually empty.
Tacoma (Pierce Co.) |
Thornewood Castle | The Stephen King mini-series Rose Red was filmed at the castle, which is said to be haunted by the original builder, Chester Thorne, and his wife, Anna. Also the ghost of his nephew who killed himself in a gun closet has been seen by guests and employees. Guests have reported seeing a child alone by the lake and then rushed down to find no one there: this is thought to be the apparition of a child who did indeed drown in the lake - the grandchild of a former owner.
